Easy to install and much smoother than a standard AR trigger. After discovering Velocity triggers a couple years ago, they’re in every AR that I’ve assembled. They feel as smooth as the Timneys in my bolt actions, but Velocity has much better prices for AR triggers. I’ve never had a performance issue with one either.

In January 2019, after reading reviews of drop in ar trigger assemblies, I bought your classic 3 lb. trigger for my DPMS .223. After watching install videos it took about 15 minutes total to install. I also used your anti walk pins. I am really happy with the whole deal. I use this rifle to coyote hunt and it made a super rifle. Smooth trigger, easy install, what more could you ask for. As a firearms instructor with over 38 years’ experience, I am always looking for great performance products to improve my shooting capabilities and to recommend to my students. I do not recommend anything I have not personally used and believe in.
In March 2019, I purchased my first Velocity Classic Trigger with a Radius Curve and 4lb. trigger pull. I installed it in my FN Tactical II AR-15 in less than 10 minutes and I was instantly impressed with the trigger release, take up, and re-set.
On 04/07/2019, I went to my local Rifle Club and zeroed my FN Tactical II with my new Velocity Trigger installed. From the first round to the last, I found my Velocity Trigger had very little take up, a clean break, and a minimal re-set.
After 27 years in the US Army as an Infantryman, I found a superior trigger for the AR-15 platform. I will be purchasing others to replace the standard AR Mil Spec Triggers in my AR’s. I recommend Velocity Triggers for anyone who uses an AR platform rifle regardless of the reason.

I purchased the 3.5 pound trigger roughly 2 weeks ago and it is absolutely flawless! Easy to install and functions perfect. I was also impressed with the awesome customer service with the staff at simply triggers! I had a question about anti-walk pins along with the trigger and not only did they answer immediately they also sent a link to a great video/walkthrough of instillation! The package also shipped extremely fast. I can’t say enough good things about the company and the product! Definitely recommend it to friends and will definitely be a returning customer.

I saw the piece about Velocity Triggers from the shot show and looked interesting. A friend and I went to the shop and by golly we both got one installed. I put one in a model 700, in .223. Then the virus hit. So we had to wait till we could got to Avery to try them out. Have to tell you I am quite impressed. the trigger is smooth all the way through. crisp and clean. I have a different trigger in a .308 model 700 and can’t tell the the difference.

For now I am giving this trigger 5 stars. The reason why is because its absolutely the best trigger I’ve ever used. However yesterday at the range the trigger would not reset after every round I shot. I literally had to use my finger to push it back into the reset position to fire again. I have approximately 150 rds with it. I emailed simply triggers today and also left a message. I hope all will go well with customer service….stay tuned for my updated review.
